& support.

Availability and dispatch

All four packs — 1, 2, 3 and 5 stamps — are available. Orders normally dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and offer a refund.

One order. One shipping charge.

Shipping is $5 USD per order, regardless of the number of stamps or packs. Two 5-packs also ship for $5.

Destinations and delivery

Our delivery destinations are the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Ireland. Only destinations offered at checkout can be ordered. The United Kingdom and other countries are not currently offered.

We ship from China using YunExpress and its local delivery partners. Estimated transit is 5–7 days after dispatch, excluding order processing and customs delays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Contact us before ordering for remote locations or special territories.

Customs clearance and import taxes

Customs clearance and import tax payments for our shipments are handled through our logistics provider, YunExpress. If you receive a separate customs payment request, contact support@fucktrumpmerch.com with your order reference before paying so we can check it with the carrier.

Shipping is $5 USD per order. Customs declarations reflect the actual goods and value.

Change-of-mind returns

Notify us within 14 days after receiving your order if you wish to cancel and return it. Then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Email support@fucktrumpmerch.com with your order reference for return instructions. Our return address in China is listed below. A clear cancellation notice is sufficient; it does not require our prior approval. Do not return goods to the sender address on the parcel without checking it.

You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return. Return all items and accessories included in the cancelled purchase. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function may reduce the refund by the resulting loss in value. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of statutory cancellation rights.

Include your order reference inside the return parcel and retain proof of postage.

Refunds

For a full-order cancellation, we refund the item price and the original standard delivery charge. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order reference and a description of the problem; photographs can help us resolve it. We will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, and cover necessary return shipping for a confirmed defect or fulfilment error. A delay in contacting us does not remove your mandatory consumer rights. Contact us before paying for return postage so that we can arrange a suitable service.

This policy does not limit any mandatory cancellation, delivery or legal guarantee rights that apply in your country.
